    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • BEng (Hons) / MEng or equivalent qualification
    • Extensive experience of operating at a senior leader level in a complex, multi-faceted environment
    • Have extensive experience of working with multiple stakeholders across various levels both internally and externally
    • Experience of working in a Testing & Commissioning high energy environment
    • Submarine and/or Trident Strategic Weapon System experience

    Desirable:

    • Professional registration at Chartered level or evidence of working towards this

    The Strategic Weapons Systems Team:

    You will be responsible for managing the reviews, integration, authorisation and conduct of SWS Test & Commissioning plans including control of work and close liaison with the wider test and commissioning team. You will own processes and documentation relating to the Build and Test Strategy, manage alignment of all SWS deliverables and outputs to demonstrate that design intent has been met enabling certification and contractual obligations for the Dreadnought Build and Test programme.
