    Job title: Lead Project Professional – Delivery

    Salary: £43,373+ depending on skills & experience

    What you'll be doing:

    • Leading full major construction and engineering project lifecycles from cradle to grave, within a regulated environment
    • Control and report against all commercial and financial aspects of the projects from concept to completion
    • Discharging client duties in accordance with Regulatory requirements
    • Maintain and manage a safety-focused environment and culture in-line with the high-risk projects at BAE Systems

    Your skills and experiences:

    • Project Management experience
    • Experience in the management of sub-contractors and CDM (Construction Design Management) controls and documentation
    • Professional team leadership, good stakeholder management and communication
    • Proficient with MS Office and SAP
    • Data analysis experience
