Responsibilities

  • Keeping Operational Technology asset registers up to date. Leading activity to transition this information into the ERP System as well as helping to embed a culture where this is suitably maintained for accuracy
  • Taking ownership for on-boarding and maintaining Anti-Malware scanning devices (“Sheep Dipping”). Ensuring systems are kept up to date and be the focal point for training and end-user assistance. Performing ad-hoc audits to check compliance against policy
  • Ordering hardware and software as required to keep the OT estate up-to-date and compliant. Being the point of distribution for company issued OT devices. This will entail working hand-in-glove with the existing site Automation Engineers and Electricians
  • Acting as the initial focal point and responder for any malware / cyber related OT incidents
  • Helping to ensure that Corporately issued Standards and Business Unit level specific Policies and Standards are understood and complied with. Help to create and perform audit schedules against these policies

    Salary: Between £34,000 – £40,049 depending on skills and experience

    What you'll be doing:

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Relevant experience in a related discipline (ICT/Computing, assurance, risk management, vulnerability/threat assessment). A Degree or equivalent qualification in that discipline would be favourable
    • Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team in a multi-discipline environment and in a matrix organisation
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Desirable:

    • Experience of conducting engagements on live industrial plants, working with a range of different end-users (operators, technicians, facilities & plant managers)
    • Previous knowledge / use of SAP, particularly the Plant Maintenance module
