    Join our team as a Learning & Skills Specialist in Networks and Corporate Units until March 2025

    Location: London, Birmingham or Bristol (Hybrid Working - 3 days in the office, 2 remote)

    As a Learning and Skills Specialist at BT, you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across our business to craft and execute learning strategies. Your mission?     • Previous experience in a complex corporate environment with senior stakeholders.
    • Exposure to colleagues in complex technology roles.
    • Comfortable with ambiguity.
    • Familiarity with working alongside external suppliers for learning solutions.
    • Experience leading learning projects through the design cycle.
    • Proficiency with learning experience platforms like Degreed.
    • Familiarity with learning design tools like Gomo, Articulate Storyline.
    • Knowledge of User Experience design and User Interface thinking.
