    Salary: Up to £57,000 per annum

    What you'll be doing:

    • Responsible for the smooth delivery of changes across the Authorisation Service and Identity Vault (IDV) environment, including hosting regular meetings with the team, customers and vendors
    • Providing product and business direction to new projects on how best to design technical integrations with the IDV, while maintaining existing functionality
    • Participating in architecture decisions with regards to the IDV and provide solutions to future changes and issues

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Experience of Technology Management and/or Project Management within an IT Function
    • Proven understanding of application development and promotion into multiple environments
    • Working with customers and suppliers to improve service delivery processes or scope/create new integrations
    • Designing and implementation interfaces between applications
    • Scripting language – SQL, JavaScript

    Desirable:

    • Trained to ITIL foundation level
    • Project Management or Service Management qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. HNC / Diploma / Computer Science Degree / Certification)

    The Export Control Product team:

    This team consists of Product Owner, Technical Lead and a number of Product Engineers, who maintain and support the applications at a technical level. The role of the IDAM Engineer is to work on the Authorisation Service with a specific focus on the UK Identity Vault (IDV), carrying out activities relating to team communications/management, supporting project delivery, demand and change management and data analysis.
