    What you'll be doing:

    • Collaborating with Engineering Managers to manage recruitment activities
    • Supporting the team with recruitment activities
    • Supporting the Early Careers activities throughout the year; including recruitment and management of placements
    • Responsible for developing capability management plans, working closely with the delivery teams to maintain the domain capability
    • Managing SQEP resourcing to match programme delivery needs

    Your skills and experiences:

    Essential:

    • Degree qualified in a STEM subject, or equivalent experience within Engineering, particularly electrical
    • Background in the Electrical Engineering domain
    • Competent in Microsoft packages
    • Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels, including upper management

    Desirable:

    • Degree in Electrical Engineering
    • Chartered Engineer Status
