Responsibilities

  • Assist in compiling advisory reports and informed recommendations on new developments and opportunities that cold enhance or diversify the real estate portfolio.
  • Assist in pricing recommendation for residential development based on extensive market research conducted.
  • Assist in developing financial models for real estate development
  • Review property valuation reports.
  • Monitor closely industry, market trends, opportunities, risks and new development.
  • To oversee and monitor the OPEX, service and maintenance charges related to the assets within REAM portfolio, to ensure adherence to established expenses guidelines and quality standards.
  • To monitor all legal cases and alert/advise on the implications impacting the overall REAM asset portfolio performance.
  • To coordinate with related departments within ADIB REAM – MPM ecosystem to establish accurate account of expenditure; reconcile and verify property data.
  • Ensure adherence with the approved P&P within REAM team with regards to filing, audit, etc.
  • To verify invoices, purchase requisitions and other financial documents prior to approval by Department Head/Asset Manager.
  • Liaises with Finance Department for the resolution of budget and expenditure related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of the quarterly/yearly portfolio performance reports.

    Role Purpose:

    Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

    BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.

    • Real Estate Industry background preferred.
    • Excellent quantitave and qualitative analytical skills.

    Previous experience:

    • Financial and investment background is mandatory.
    • 3-5 years work experience in investment.
