  • Present the company in a professional manner in all business events and encourage cross selling with departments.
  • Lead and develop the Valuation Team is assigned location and assigned function (Residential or Commercial) so that they have the skills, experience, and motivation necessary to deliver an excellent service.
  • Prepare to have webinar sessions about UAE RE market internally for MPM & ADIB staff and for external clients of MPM & ADIB at least twice per year.
  • Provide Financial Feasibility Studies as required – (Commercial)
  • Maintain up-to-date database of property records.
  • Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases.
  • Excellent knowledge of the property market
  • Business Development and Revenue Growth for respective office
  • Assist with department financial performance.
  • Manage incoming new business opportunities.
  • Draft, review and sign valuation reports.
  • Monitor quality of reports output (to comply with IVS and RICS).
  • Full knowledge of RICS/IVSC.
  • Full working knowledge of the application of the 3 Methods of Valuation.
  • Responsible for mitigating exposure to risk and compliance of respective valuation department.
  • Comply with the Standard Operating Procedures for the valuation and advisory department.
  • To provide specific required training.
  • To support the valuations team with valuation reports, from time to time.

    Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

    • University Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation).
    • FRICS/MRICS qualified Registered Valuer.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Excellent market knowledge.
    • Good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, CRM etc.
