    Role: Relationship Manager - Qatar

    ROLE PURPOSE:

    • To manage assigned portfolio and target market potential prospects for acquisition achieving financial target (including but not limited to revenue, new net revenue, volume, cross-sell ratio, ROE, and ROA), and overall customer satisfaction.
    • To be fully involved and primarily responsible for account strategy and business growth.
    • To ensure compliance to Sharia requirement, relevant to regulatory and other legal regulations and AOIB's Internal policies including but not limited to risk, compliance, and operations.
    • To understand local market &business trends, and have a comprehensive understanding of all material external & internal risk factors that can have an impact customers' business and financial conditions, including future prospects.
    • To regularly obtain formal & informal feedback on customers form sources of information contained in public & private domains.
    • To absorb all cross-selling opportunities and enhance accounts profitability.

    Business Execution

    Develop and execute strategic implementation plan to achieve the individual goals in terms of financials, customers, people and related process.

    Calling programme

    • Develop the individual portfolio quarterly (or as the case may be) calling programme against assigned customers and prospects and ensuring joint calls include product partners (GTS, CFIB, Treasury, etc.), risk and/or to her relevant business partners as per required frequency.
    • Call on customers as per mandated call program (minimum at least once per quarter).
    • Documents and lodge call memos on standard format documenting key areas including but not limit ed to:

    Client's current performance, financial or otherwise.

    Local, regional and/or global economic changes affecting the customers and how they are mitigating it

    Opportunities to originate new or incremental financing including cross-sell of all ADIB products and services as applicable.

    • Circulate to relevant partners and ensure follow-up and closure of action items identified in calls.

    GTB Offering

    • Cross sell all GTB products and services to enhance account profitability and assure maximum share of client' s banking wallet.

    Business Momentum

    • Conduct account planning by customer/prospect group for individual portfolio of customers and prospects.
    • Develop a robust deal in pipeline in line withoverall financial objectives for assigned customers and prospects.
    • Review and update the deals in pipeline e reports on a weekly basis to accelerate deals closure.

    Role Responsibilities

    People

    • Attend core trainings as recommended and approved by management.
    • Liaising with other staff within ADIB, such as Business Heads and products Specialists.

    Quality and Control

    • Ensure the maintenance of credit files as per credit policies
    • Ensure satisfactory internal and extern al audit ratings.
    • Ensure high Customer satisfaction for the entire customer experience with the bank as per independent survey.

    Specialist Skills/ Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

    • Interpersonal skills
    • Problem solving t techniques.

    Qualification (s):

    Essential (Education) of bachelor' s degree in economics, Finance, Accounting, banking, and finance or other related qualifications.

    Previous experience:

    Minimum 3 years' experience in Wholesale Banking services
