    This role will be a core part of the Organisational Effectiveness team, with responsibilities spanning the entire employee lifecycle. It will support initiatives aimed at improving our overall colleague experience. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, leadership and talent interventions, engagement and culture initiatives, including our quarterly Your Say survey, as well as all cyclical activities related to employee performance.

    What you'll be doing

    • Experience of using SAP HR module would be beneficial.
