The Org Effectiveness team consists of Leadership, Performance, Talent, and Culture & Employee Value Proposition (EVP), critical specialisms for enabling our leaders to transform Business and deliver on our ambitious strategy. This role, reporting directly to the Org Effectiveness Director, will be responsible for effective program management and integration of these portfolios, ensuring on-time delivery to an excellent standard, and optimising alignment to have the greatest total impact on the organisation.
