  • Build and deliver an integrated program of work for Culture & EVP across HR, Comms, and the business, ensuring on-time delivery and KPI achievement.
  • Own the full suite of program management fundamentals (benefits management, stakeholder engagement approach, program plan, risk register, etc.).
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships with senior leaders, process owners, and project leads, influencing outcomes to deliver our EVP & Culture ambitions.
  • Develop a series of principles/guidelines that act as tools to influence and inform project/process owners on how to improve colleague experience in line with EVP.
  • Own the communications approach, collaborating with internal and external comms for EVP-related deliverables, maximising colleague impact.
  • Support and, in some cases, own the design and delivery of culture interventions.
  • Support project/program communication with stakeholders, providing timely reporting on performance and necessary information for well-informed decision-making.
  • Key interface with Organisational Effectiveness (OE) Director on Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) ambitions and delivery.

This role, reporting directly to the Org Effectiveness Director, will be responsible for effective program management and integration of these portfolios, ensuring on-time delivery to an excellent standard, and optimising alignment to have the greatest total impact on the organisation.

    What you'll be doing

    Skills and experience

    • A strong track record of project delivery in large complex organisations, preferably with a global colleague base.
    • HR specialist subject matter expertise, familiar with best practice, industry trends, and HR strategy & policy.
    • Experience of delivering I&D interventions is preferable.
    • Experience in building and maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.
