Leadership capability is at the heart of all our People plans in Business. The BT Business School 2024 is a mini-MBA style leadership program designed bespoke for the Business division of BT. It offers participants the opportunity to increase their leadership capability, influence the culture in Business, and build their network. This is an important program sponsored by the BT Business CEO and delivered by a former BT Exco member to support our senior managers and senior leaders who play a critical role in executing the Business strategy and transformation plans. Approximately 650 participants will go through the program in 2024.
As the BT Business School Programme Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating this large-scale leadership development program within our organisation. Your responsibilities will span learning design, event delivery, execution, and evaluation aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and demonstrating return on investment.
