  • Act as a key liaison to the group performance community, advocating for Business needs and influencing direction, while collaborating on D, E, and I initiatives with team members in leadership, talent, and culture teams.

    In order for Business to achieve its strategy, we need to drive a sharper performance culture across everything we do. This role would own the end-to-end management of all our performance projects, from research and design to the delivery of initiatives. The role will work collaboratively with specialisms across HR and in lockstep with the business, incorporating cutting-edge best practices and insights to achieve sustainable change. This may involve managing multiple stakeholders across Business, as well as potential external suppliers.

    What you'll be doing

    Skills and experience

    • Subject matter expertise: Experience in designing and leading complex interventions.
    • Track record of building strong stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes.
    • Deep HR specialist subject matter expertise, preferably in driving high-performance cultures.
    • Experience of delivering HR change/transformation in a large complex global organisation.
    • Data analysis, insight translating into compelling stories to drive decision-making.

    Desirable:

    • Experience working in unionised and global environments.
    • Experience working within or supporting sales environments.
    • Awareness of AGILE methodology.
