    We are transforming our portfolio to deliver 5G, Cloud and IP products and solutions for our customers, which is a critical component of BT's digital transformation and simplification. We have started migrating all our customers to these new products and will retire BT Business's legacy portfolio fully by 2025. This migration is the largest, and most important customer focused change in our market, for us and our customers in the last 15 years. To meet the product, network and exchange closure timescales we need to accelerate BT Business's customer migrations. This requires an experienced and diligent Professional Services team to assist our customers to identify their estates and the best replacement products and assist them to migrate on to an all-IP based portfolio.

    What you'll be doing

    • Responsible for supporting the PM with the management of network and exchange closures where we will be migrating customers from non IP products & services to new IP based products & services
    • Working with Openreach to support their exchange closure programme through the prioritisation of exchanges and closure dates
    • Responsible for delivering projects to contracted service levels and supporting the Project Manager in achieving these levels

    Essential Skills

    • Able to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders (Senior Management level) to collaborate and carry out the functions of the role
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complexity
    • Ability to work with complete independence / autonomy and demonstrate initiative
    • Ability to network and form relationships. Expected to have a good internal network
    • Good negotiation, influencing and decision-making skills

    • Experience as a Project Manager, delivering complex solutions
    • Experience of delivering a range of IT and network technology
    • Good project management skills with experience of delivering solutions to Enterprise customers
