Responsibilities

  • Responsible for delivering all people change aspects of the Retail TUPE process for both TUPE ins and TUPE outs. In this role you will support the HRBP / Territory manager / Regional Manager to deliver a smooth transfer, as well as supporting the individuals in scope to transfer to provide the best possible employee experience. Specific actions as below (not exhaustive list).
  • General TUPEs
  • Manage team mailbox for all HR queries from those in scope for transfer.
  • Support Regional Manager with any questions regarding the transfer process – could relate to payroll, terms and conditions, vetting, contracts, IT access and more.
  • TUPEs In
  • Inform key HR stakeholders giving notification of TUPE (payroll, vetting, HRS, ER, Reward, L&D and IT.
  • Acquire ELI data from outgoing Franchise Partner – in collaboration with Regional Manager.
  • Review ELI data, identify any anomalies or concerns. Feed any questions into HRBP regarding T&Cs alignment.
  • Share ELI data with offshore HR Services team to create new profiles.
  • Liaise with the vetting team to get individuals vetted within 60 days of transfer and new contracts sent out.
  • Create new work locations in SuccessFactors for in scope individuals to be mapped against.
  • Share relevant data with L&D to transfer learning from non-FTE accounts to Vodafone accounts.
  • Share relevant data with IT to create Vodafone IT accounts and set up access to all relevant systems (e.g. Halo, SailPoint).
  • Terminate non-FTE accounts once Vodafone accounts live and tested by team.
  • Work with Regional Manager to set up new org units/manager rights and perform bulk uploads for reporting line changes.
  • TUPEs Out
  • Give notification to all key stakeholders that will need to support with the TUPE process
  • Provide Regional Manager with ELI data template and support them to populate this
  • Work with HR Services team (offshore) to populate all of ELI data for in scope individuals
  • Share completed ELI data with Regional Manager and HRBP
  • Work with non-FTE team to create new accounts
  • Sort out all IT and systems access as required for role of those transferring
  • Process in scope employees as leavers from Vodafone
  • Transfer of learning from Vodafone account to non-FTE account

    What you'll do

    Who you are


    •Self starter with the ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders
    •Strong relationship skills; strong communicator ability to navigate a matrixed, complex organisation
    •Work collaboratively, delivering through others and holding them to account to deliver high quality outcomes
    •Project management and experience in managing/ coordinating programmes
    •Ability to adapt, deal with ambiguity, learn quickly
    •Restless curiosity, learning from within and the external market to continually push the boundaries to improve our employee experience.
    •Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point proficient
    •HR Professional Qualifications desirable but not essential
