Responsibilities

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters relating to account administration and strategy.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Oversee referrals, enquiries, and critical issues from our 1st line support team.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customers, and executive sponsors.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal and external teams to complete tasks always maintaining a high-quality service level for our clients.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issues as needed.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, relationship management team, coverage team, relationship directors and internal customers.
  • Work with the Embedded Finance Sales Director to combine market research, user insights and product vision to drive strategic decision making and evolve the product.

    JOB TITLE: Account Manager– Embedded Finance

    LOCATION(S): London

    SALARY - £51,000 - £60,000

    HOURS: Full-time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

    About the Opportunity:

    We're looking for an Account Manager who'll be responsible for the in life strategic management of our SME & Mid-Market Embedded Finance Clients.

    In this field-based role, no two weeks are the same. You'll use your self-motivation and determination to effectively schedule your own time to meet your varied commitments. You could be drawing on your expert knowledge to deliver presentations, portfolio reviews and training to key clients.

    On other days you'll be out in the field, either virtually or physically, conducting meetings with clients. Your account management skills will allow you to build and nurture productive relationships with your clients, driving account growth through increased product usage.

    Using your excellent judgement, you'll put the customer at the centre of all activities. Given the nature of the role, travel will be required.

    • Existing Embedded Finance experience – with specialist knowledge of the payments landscape.
