    Led by the Director of NSE communications, the team looks after communications governance, firmwide communications, business and offerings communications, transformation and functions communications, external communications and risk matters, and NSE partner engagement milestones.

    One of the milestones in our partner engagement is the NSE partner meeting every four years. Due to take place in 2026, there is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the team and be part of a project that is at the heart of Ambition 2.0 and the future direction of our firm. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with the Programme Director, their team and the firm's leadership. In addition, the role offers the chance to collaborate with the full breadth of our Geographies and the wider network.

    The Senior Programme Manager will lead a series of workstreams underpinning the design and content of the meeting. Given the complexity of the programme, this role requires extensive programme management experience and stakeholder management skills, with main responsibilities including:

    • Work with the programme director, wider team, and relevant stakeholders to develop design principles, narrative and content in line with Ambition
    • Lead the definition and execution of appropriate project plans to deliver the required outcomes, including hands-on delivery onsite where needed

    Connect to your skills and professional experience

    You have extensive project / programme management experience, with broad exposure to all of its aspects including financial control and budgeting. You enjoy getting stuck in and involved end-to-end.

    You're highly organised and have excellent attention to detail, bringing structure to new ideas or projects, putting a plan together to deliver and using this to keep colleagues and leaders informed of progress. You understand the importance of good communications and being able to articulate what you need to get across clearly and succinctly.

    You enjoy building effective relationships with stakeholders across a variety of teams and build credibility quickly, including in a multinational and cross-cultural setting. Language capability is an advantage. You can draw on people management experience and skills, either through direct line management and building a team or through working indirectly as part of a broader network.

    You ideally bring industry development experience, and sound knowledge of operating in a client service and client relationship environment.
