In TMT it is no different – we have spent many years working with the largest Telco and Media clients in the UK and Globally, supporting them with some of their greatest challenges from re-designing the Operating Model for an organisation selling fibre broadband to transforming the way Media companies handle their Rights Management processes, to name two examples.

    Your role will include:

    • Proven, deep industry knowledge of the dynamics / trends in either media or telco, for example:TELCO - experience and depth of knowledge in one or more areas of the Telco industry, which could include:Having a viewpoint on the dynamics and challenges between NetCos and ServCos in the UKUnderstanding the differences between Enterprise (B2B) and Consumer (B2C) divisionsA viewpoint on the capabilities that drive value for Telcos in 2024, and the latest trends in the sectorMEDIA – experience and depth of knowledge in one or more areas of the media industry, which could include:TV or film broadcast, streaming or productionDigital platforms and social mediaPublishingMarketing and advertisingLive events and trade showsMusicVideo gamesMedia infrastructure
    • Proven experience of managing and leading successful teams and engagements on time and to budget, including initial scoping and commercials
    • Experience in new business development with a track record of generating B2B sales
    • Experience of being part of a management / leadership team: performance management, design and delivery of playbooks / training and development of junior talent
    • Experience of an operational role in at least one TMT organisation (as an employee or as a consultant/contractor) demonstrating knowledge of the overall operating model of that business
    • Previous consulting experience, whether as an independent advisor or in-house

    Additional desirable experience includes:

    • Experience of use of AI / Automation to accelerate key operational processes in one of the TMT sectors
