    The Commercial Operations Transformation team sits within the Consumer Business Unit in Vodafone UK. The purpose of the team is to drive transformation and innovation within Commercial Operations. The team will work closely alongside the Retail and Channel Management teams to implement new ideas and initiatives that will seek to improve customer experience, retention and attraction, whilst driving sales performance.


    What you'll do


    You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Property, Finance and Estate teams, and be able to balance depth of understanding – working through the detail of project deliverables and dependencies – and strategic thinking – maintaining a clear sense of programme objectives that can be articulated to senior leadership.


    Working closely with the Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the execution of initiatives aimed at enhancing our retail operations and customer experience, primarily concentrating on supporting on the delivery of the future retail distribution portfolio, but with scope to support in other strategic transformation projects.



    • Analyse data and provide insights to inform decision making, using tools such as MS Excel

    • Providing retail and store expertise as part of any integration planning

    • Support with creating business cases

    • Work alongside the Property, Finance and Estate teams to deliver a plan for the future retail distribution portfolio

    • Support the planning, execution, and delivery of retail operations transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

    • Oversee and support in the implementation of new projects within the retail channel, working alongside finance, technology and product teams.


    Who you are



    • Familiar with concept of property portfolios and retail franchise models

    • Excellent at pulling data from MS Excel to tell a story

    • Ability to manage your own time and work independently

    • Highly organised, structured and with very strong attention to detail

    • Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint

    • Stakeholder management and engagement

    • Cross-functional collaboration

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
