Responsibilities

  • Control and govern to managed CTO headcount in line with committed targets.
  • Ensure that the CTO L4s adhere to the OD metrics set out by HR
  • Representation of CTO at WFM Leads Forum (Re-present CTO in Central WFM Leads Forum - provide inputs / suggestions to change process and feedback downstream across service lines)
  • Responsible for Governance of Pioneer Data Sanity for Forecast accuracy and alignment
  • Coordinate with R&O team to share hiring plans and to set the expectations for CTO
  • Make sure MPP rate is aligned with actuals for Perms and Non-perms across all the Service lines and regions.
  • Responsible to provide/ produce required headcount metrics in support of decision making to CTO ExCo, Country/Regions and Tech Centre head.
  • Deliver process improvements, key controls and automation through constant review both internally and best practice in the market.
  • Involve in Tooling strategy such as Jira, Confluence, SharePoint as well as standard processes defined by the Head of CTO Workforce Strategy
  • Ensure that all the SLAs is at the prescribed level or higher (99.9%)

    Requirements

    · Expertise in Strategy, Business Planning, Governance and Stakeholder Management

    · Must have an SME understanding of financials & headcount related data & tooling.

    · Strong ability and experience of influencing decision making with useful Insights drawn from data including senior stakeholders and vendor managers

    · SME skills in putting data in a simple way and effective presentation skills.

    · Good ability to present decks to senior stakeholders with clear takeaways.

    · Effective stakeholder management with regular and proactive engagement
