Job Title: Technology Control by Design Manager
LOCATION(S): London, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol and Halifax
Salary: London: £73,000 to £90,000 (non London locations -£62,000 to £75,000)
Hours: Full time
WORKING PATTERN: Two days per week (or 40% of your time) at one of our offices listed above.
We're looking for a Technology Control by Design Manager to join our newly formed Group COO (Group Chief Operating Office) Chief Controls Office. LBG are in the middle of one of the UK's largest financial services transformations to ensure we remain relevant for our customers today and tomorrow. To do this we need to do move at pace to reach the right customer outcomes in the quickest and safest way possible.
The Chief Controls Office is a key enabler in the Group's Enterprise Risk Management transformation to mature our approach to risk & control, upgrade the Group's future risk management capabilities through an automated, digital, data-led risk & control service to allow the business to transform safely at pace.
