    What you'll do


    The Senior Fraud/Investigation Principal focuses upon the detection, investigation and prevention of fraudulent and security related transactions occurring both internally and / or externally. They have responsibility for the identification of patterns and trends to develop improved fraud management systems, processes and policies. The Fraud / Investigation Principal is recognised as an expert in fraud prevention, detection and investigation maintaining fraud policies providing expert support and guidance on fraud and investigations to within the local market. Typically reports to the Head of Corporate Security.

    Who you are



    • Roaming Fraud Management: Provide expert advice to the business, influencing decisions, ensuring that fraud and investigation policies are well understood and that there is full compliance within the local market. Apply complex evaluative judgment to establish and maintain the Fraud Risk Assessment process and Fraud Management policy standard complying with Vodafone policy standards.

    • Influencing Skills: Influence the strategic decisions and direction of Vodafone Fraud and Investigation Policies. Influence external third parties, improving Vodafone's understanding of fraud and ability to work with government and industry partners on fraud policies and solutions;

    • Communication Skills: Demonstrate strong communication skills influencing colleagues and wider senior stakeholders, improving the prevention and detection of Fraud;

    • Business Acumen: Advise and assist the business, promptly, proactively, and reactively providing appropriate specialist fraud support and mitigating risk to the business.

    • Telco Experience: Experienced working in the telecoms industry.
