Responsibilities

  • **Strategic Leadership:** Lead and define the strategic direction for enterprise transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • **Programme Governance and Executive Communication:** Establish and maintain a governance structure that promotes transparency, strategic alignment, and executive oversight. Drive effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders at all levels, including the C-suite.
  • **Integrated Planning:** Oversee the development and implementation of integrated plans that align with the strategic objectives of transformation projects.
  • **Value Definition, Tracking, Reporting:** Define value case for large enterprise transformation programmes underpinned by platforms change. Lead the Value Realisation Office to ensure that value case initiatives are tracked, realized, and reported accurately.
  • **Business Readiness: **Definition, engagement, tracking of business readiness criteria to move through phases of the transformation programme.
  • **Scope, Vendor, Budget Management:** Oversee management of additional vendors, programme budgets (up to £1.5bn) and overall programme scope
  • **Tooling and Methodologies:** Champion the adoption of best-in-class programme management tools and methodologies to drive efficiency, collaboration, and success in transformation initiatives.

    Role Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced Business Transformation Office Senior Manager to join our newly established Enterprise Advisory team within the Strategy & Consulting/ Platform Growth Engine division. This role is pivotal in shaping, leading, and driving large Enterprise Transformations underpinned by platform change. The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of engaging and working closely with C-suite stakeholders on enterprise level transformations, demonstrating expertise across programme governance, executive governance and communication, integrated planning, value case development, value tracking, and realization through a dedicated Value Realisation Office and adept use of programme management tooling. Additionally, some experience with major platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics) is preferable. Finally, experience in change management, as well as mergers and acquisitions, would be highly regarded.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in management consulting or a similar advisory role, with a proven track record of leading large enterprise transformations.
    • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience working with C-suite stakeholders and a deep understanding of programme governance, executive governance, integrated planning, value case development, and programme management tooling.
    • Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
    • Platform Experience: Experience working with enterprise platforms (SAP preferable).
    • Education: Bachelor's degree. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications would be advantageous.
