Responsibilities

  • As Fibre Planning Authority you will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure Vodafone's Fibre Network is strategically planned, installed, and utilised in the most optimum and cost-effective way. This opportunity would suit someone with a background across fibre planning and building functions.
  • You will provide technical expertise and knowledge to support major customer and core projects including solution and delivery approaches.
  • You will identify new technology deployment opportunities and support implementation into delivery.
  • You will manage multiple Initiatives and have the ability to manage multiple demands, workflows, deadlines and priorities.
  • You will Report, understand and communicate on operational performance.
  • You will manage workload to proceed at pace and with rigour whilst maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business.

    What you'll do

    Who you are


    • You will have an understanding of the systems used to manage and deliver customer/project orders (e.g.Amdocs, ORMT etc)
    • You will have experience of concurrently managing multiple initiatives of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations.
    • You will have an excellent understanding telecoms technologies and delivery methodologies.
    • You will have understanding of the E2E deliver function of Vodafone Fixed, Mobile & Consumer Services, and telecoms in general.
    • You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence others.
