What you'll do
As Fibre Planning Authority you will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure Vodafone's Fibre Network is strategically planned, installed, and utilised in the most optimum and cost-effective way. This opportunity would suit someone with a background across fibre planning and building functions.
• You will provide technical expertise and knowledge to support major customer and core projects including solution and delivery approaches.
• You will identify new technology deployment opportunities and support implementation into delivery.
• You will manage multiple Initiatives and have the ability to manage multiple demands, workflows, deadlines and priorities.
• You will Report, understand and communicate on operational performance.
• You will manage workload to proceed at pace and with rigour whilst maintaining good working relationships with colleagues across the business.
Who you are
• You will have an understanding of the systems used to manage and deliver customer/project orders (e.g.Amdocs, ORMT etc)
• You will have experience of concurrently managing multiple initiatives of differing size and complexity to meet business expectations.
• You will have an excellent understanding telecoms technologies and delivery methodologies.
• You will have understanding of the E2E deliver function of Vodafone Fixed, Mobile & Consumer Services, and telecoms in general.
• You will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence others.
