    Job description

    • JOB TITLE: Executive Reward Manager
    • LOCATIONS: Edinburgh or Bristol
    • HOURS: Full Time
    • WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in an office site.

    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lloyds Banking Group as an Executive Reward Manager, reporting to the Head of Executive Reward & Colleague Shares.

    We're on a journey focussed on transforming the way in which we support Executives to modernise their end-to-end experience through the reward lifecycle.

    We work within Group Reward and support Executives on a broad range of reward and People related topics. We're here to support Executives through those moments that matter including during the critical hiring and onboarding process, promotions, role changes and new opportunities and leaving the Group, as well as the annual reward cycle.

    We are looking for someone who will bring an end-to-end customer mindset, sound judgement, innovative thinking to help drive change and excellent relationship and communication skills to provide high quality support and guidance to our Executives.

    In this role, you'll be responsible for:

    • Continuously identifying opportunities to improve current processes to enable the transformation of the colleague journeys, documenting processes and policies and creating Detailed Work Instructions
    • Analysing key themes using data from a wide range of internal and external sources to identify impacts on practices and processes
    • Writing high quality Executive approval papers to progress Executive compensation proposals through the Reward Governance Framework
    • Delivering on small or medium scale projects and supporting on wider projects relating to Executive Reward and Colleague Shares as required
    • Managing the activities required to deliver an accurate and seamless end-to-end Executive reward lifecycle, providing ongoing support to Executives with their queries
    • Pricing of roles and providing advice on the construct of compensation proposals for senior roles, progressing through the Executive approval process and the preparation of offers and contracts
    • Ensuring Executive Reward processes and design comply with legislative and regulatory requirements and best practice, taking a strong risk management approach
