What will you be doing?

• Being responsible for delivering Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for CRM in an agile development environment

• Building out the CRM cloud platform with full integration with Email Template building tools, Einstein Analytics, Case Management systems

• Collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to build strategic architecture and design and analyze business requirements and providing technical solutions

• Integrating methodologies and DevOps process into the development practices

• Ensuring service level availability of the Force.com platform and integration applications and providing on-call support for break/fix/enhancement activities to resolve issues

• Implementing and maintaining Salesforce customizations such as custom fields and objects, layouts, workflows

What we're looking for:

• Bachelors or master's degree in computer science/ Information Technology

• Experience with Salesforce development expertise that includes Service Cloud, Lightning Web Components, Apex Programming, Lightning experience, Controllers, Triggers, APIs

• Experience architecting, designing, and developing applications coupled with a hands-on experience of debugging and optimizing code

• Service cloud development and configuration experience is a must have

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Current Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer) with knowledge and understanding of Salesforce permissions

• Experience working with Einstein Analytics

• Experience in the financial services domain, preferably in Trade Processing or Middle Office applications

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
