Responsibilities

  • When a customer enters your store, they will get that Vodafone feeling – a sense that they're welcomed, valued and have a friendly expert by their side who can advise them on our great products and services. Leading and supporting established teams, you will be an exceptional leader of people and have great coaching skills. Ideally, you will have a sales background with a track record in meeting and exceeding KPIs. Numbers focused you will be able to drive sales through your people and be able to take a holistic view to the business.

    Management of the Store and staff
    Operational decisions for the store
    Work alongside the Senior Store Manager and / Regional Manager and wider teams
    Coaching developing and supporting the team
    Training on new services and refresher training of relevant and required topics
    Partaking in Vodafone's security vetting process whenever required


    Who you are
    Accountable for ensuring the store acts within the guidelines of the FCA
    Conduct performance reviews
    Personally, accountable for the performance of the store
