    Technology Delivery Specialist

    Location: Newcastle

    Hybrid Working: Please note - This role will require you to work from our Newcastle, Cobalt Business Park office 3 days per week.

    Job Qualifications

    As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:

    • Delivering the contractual commitments in terms of timelines, scope, quality and budget
    • proactively own and manage the delivery plan, milestones, risks and issues in pursuit of this outcome
    • Building trusted relationships with your client and internal stakeholders
    • Internal reporting and forecasting associated with the engagement you will work on, including financials and resourcing

    Qualifications

    The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

    • Proven project management experience, including; mobilisation, project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management and budget control
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives at once to meet deadlines
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to organise project teams accordingly and manage change
    • An understanding of core technologies and technical concepts, that supports successful project delivery through the ability to question, challenge and communicate
    • Experience in leading a continual planning process in complex environments, identifying and managing dependencies and showing adaptability in the face of challenges
    • Confidence in managing and reporting on the project finances to deliver against the original deal economics

    Set yourself apart:

    • Possess market relevant certifications that are relevant to this role (e.g. PMP)
    • Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the other suite of Microsoft Office products.
    • Have experience working with Agile Delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
