    Join our team as a Dynamics Solutions Specialist!

    We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about collaborating with business stakeholders to gather detailed user needs and system requirements. As a Dynamics Solutions Specialist, you will have the opportunity to design and configure Microsoft Dynamics modules and features to meet business requirements.

    In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing business process mapping, analysing existing processes, and identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. You will also provide user support, ensuring effective system adoption, addressing user queries, and collaborating with broader IT teams to resolve technical issues.

    As one of our Dynamics Solutions Specialists, you will be a functional leader who manages Dynamics implementation efforts, ensures timely delivery, and collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

    Essential skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of the Dynamics 365 suite, including various modules and components.
    • Experience in translating technical and functional project concepts into non-technical requirements for stakeholders.
    • Ability to analyse and understand complex business processes, workflows, and requirements, and to identify areas for improvement and streamlining processes.
    • Proven experience in eliciting and documenting client requirements, translating business needs into functional specifications.
    • Experience in conducting workshops, interviews, and user sessions to capture the necessary information for system configuration and customisation.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and project managers.
    • Technical implementations/project delivery experience, preferably with building society/banking or highly regulated industry background.

    Desirable skills include:

    • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant).
    • Proven experience in designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
