  • Continued identification and implementation of service improvements and efficiencies through agile project management methodology
  • Support Global Deloitte Insights leadership in decision-making, program management, communications, and strategic priority implementation
  • Contribute to strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of the Deloitte Insights Strategy and Operations leader
  • Support curation, deployment, and activation of thought leadership externally and internally, using existing channels and developing new approaches
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures across teams for optimized efficiency and productivity
  • Support development and execution of Global Deloitte Insights priorities, bringing teams together, inspiring delivery, and leading on crucial strategy initiatives
  • Support Deloitte Insights communications and messaging related to strategic projects and cross-R&I initiatives
  • Support relationships and coordination between thought leadership producers and Global Industry/Sector strategic initiatives by liaising in local market(s)
  • Maintain accurate visibility into upcoming thought leadership pipeline through management of the Deloitte Thought Leadership Registry in coordination with regional and USI support
  • Co-ordinate with regional, member firm, and business industry teams to support thought leadership development, strategic priority identification, and pipeline development
  • Collaborate with our India-based team in generating the monthly reporting dashboard and metrics, particularly across thought leadership pipelines
  • Contribute to Deloitte Insights and global thought leadership strategic initiatives/ projects to deliver on global leadership priorities and program objectives, such as Global eminence transformation, Global Client Agenda Topics, Global and regional DI organizational models, drive D.com/DI website integration
  • Communication and building strong relationships with members of the project teams to extract and challenge information required to plan and deliver projects accurately
  • Sharing and applying knowledge across the department, directing project teams on the correct course of action based on task process guidelines
  • General operational support such as minute taking, meeting booking, system/database updates, pulling and issuing reports

    The Global DI team within Deloitte, Touche, Tohmatsu Limited (DTTL) is responsible for driving the most strategic thought leadership within the Deloitte member firm network targeted to our most important audiences: Global CxOs and board-level executives. Deloitte Insights seeks to become the premier digital source for the most differentiated, globally relevant, research-based thought leadership. We aim to help clients tackle their most complex challenges, improve executive relationships, position our practitioners as leaders, amplify Deloitte's brand, and enable revenue-generating opportunities. This role engages directly with Deloitte's industry and cross-industry research centers, Deloitte Insights (DI) Publishing team, Data Science, and Economics teams, as well as leaders across Deloitte US and global teams.

    Objectives of the role:

    • Support Global Deloitte Insights leadership in decision-making, program management, communications, and strategic priority implementation

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
