What you'll be doing

  • Own and optimize global processes and systems in the Recruitment and Onboarding space.

Skills and experience required for the job

  • Understanding of the HR function within a global corporate organisation
  • Excellent knowledge of a HR system (SuccessFactors desirable)
  • Recruitment and Onboarding operational experience or knowledge
  • A passion for HR, Recruitment and Onboarding technologies is essential
  • Ability to communicate effectively to both technical and business audiences
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship skills
  • SuccessFactors experience and certification is desirable
