- Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay competitive in the field.
- Assist students in evaluating suitable courses and facilitate their admission to the universities of their choice.
- Recognize both local and international students, cooperate with them to assess their career
- aspirations, and guide them in selecting the appropriate educational institution.
- Identify and acquire new clients, such as educational institutions, training centres, or other organisations involved in student recruitment.
- Stay updated on education and industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Conduct research to identify potential students and educational institution and understand their needs and preferences.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing both universities and students.
- Networking with the potential client to establish a positive reputation for the firm and fostering long-term connections.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet or exceed targets by creating
- student recruitment plans, setting objectives, and executing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Be able to articulate the value proposition and address client queries effectively.
- Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Stay informed about changes in the education sector, immigration policies, and other relevant topics.
