  • Recognize both local and international students, cooperate with them to assess their career

  • Identify and acquire new clients, such as educational institutions, training centres, or other organisations involved in student recruitment.
  • Stay updated on education and industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Conduct research to identify potential students and educational institution and understand their needs and preferences.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing both universities and students.
  • Networking with the potential client to establish a positive reputation for the firm and fostering long-term connections.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet or exceed targets by creating
  • student recruitment plans, setting objectives, and executing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Be able to articulate the value proposition and address client queries effectively.
  • Engage in negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
  • Stay informed about changes in the education sector, immigration policies, and other relevant topics.
