    • JOB TITLE: Sourcing and Research Lead
    • LOCATION: Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh or Halifax
    • SALARY: £73,262 - £86,190
    • HOURS: Full Time
    • WORKING PATTERN: This role involves spending up to 2 days a week, or 40% of your time at one of our offices.

    Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Leads and team to understand talent needs and align sourcing strategies with organizational objectives. Provide strategic support in identifying and engaging both passive and active candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.

    Data Mapping and Insights: Utilise advanced data mapping techniques to identify talent pools and market trends, contributing to proactive workforce planning. Generate actionable insights from data analysis, offering strategic recommendations for talent acquisition and location strategies.

    Workforce Planning and Location Strategies: Play a key role in driving workforce planning initiatives, providing valuable insights for talent acquisition forecasts. Contribute to the development and implementation of location strategies based on data-driven assessments and market dynamics.

    Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leads and the broader recruitment team to understand hiring needs and challenges. Collaborate with internal partners to align sourcing strategies with broader business goals.

    Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market changes, and emerging technologies, contributing to the team's thought leadership. Translate market insights into actionable strategies, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of talent acquisition practices.

    Performance and Reporting: Implement metrics and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies. Provide regular updates on talent market dynamics, candidate engagement, and other relevant metrics to advise strategic decision-making.
