Responsibilities
- To provide companionship and domiciliary support to a 30 something with Autism and complex but non-physical needs. You will be helping with shopping, cooking, house and garden care, laundry, socialising, driving to and supporting while out - including at social events. You will be required to ensure other people listen to and understand the person you are supporting and have a mind set that understands you are there to enable not to always 'do for'... Never a dull day or two the same. On your toes is where you will need to be!
