    About this opportunity

We're looking for a Recruitment Systems Functional Lead to join our People Platform at Lloyds Banking Group; a team that combines the best of customer-centricity, product obsession and agile delivery across our People Technology landscape.

From how you experience Lloyds as a candidate, to how you thrive through moments of learning, engagement and recognition with the business, our People Platform is focused on enhancing experiences across the end-to-end colleague lifecycle through the use of technology.

The Recruitment Systems Functional Lead will boost our candidate and colleague experience through a combination of innovation, technical configuration and insights. You'll be prioritising small changes, new features and projects based on customer impact and the Group's agreed priorities, working alongside our Recruitment Product Owner. You'll lead research, identifying and building prototypes for new features, delivering improvements to our candidates and colleagues experiences. This will often include collaborating with your colleagues across our People Platform team, and wider LBG network to identify and create solutions that bring value to our people.

A varied role, you'll be able to configure business requirements into technical configuration and setup in a scalable, easy to use, efficient and secure way. Familiar with your technology, you'll be able to provide estimations for projects and enhancements for complex configurations that you'll be hands-on in delivering.

    About us

We're on an exciting journey and there couldn't be a better time to join us. The investments we're making in our people, data, and technology are leading to innovative projects, fresh possibilities, and countless new ways for our people to work, learn, and thrive.

    What you'll need

    • Experience of designing and delivering candidate and colleague enhancements through the effective configuration of ATS and CRM systems – whether through HR transformation and technology projects or as a part of your BAU role. Currently, we primarily work with Workday and Avature, and continue to look to evolve our technology landscape.
    • An excellent understanding of what it takes to drive a seamless, high quality candidate journey leveraged by technology.
    • A track record of delivering configuration against appropriately sized and agreed priorities, working collaboratively with your team members.
    • Customer Centricity - Promotes value of customer outcomes with team and peers and ensures work efforts achieve these. Anticipates customer's needs and uses customer input and steer to present targeted, integrated, and outcome-focused solutions and opportunities.
    • Product Obsession – you're curious and are connected to the latest market innovations, bringing the latest insights to your team and stakeholders.

And any experience of these would be useful:

    • Experience of using agile tooling e.g. JIRA & Confluence, and experience of leading & working as part of an agile team within HR technology / process landscape.
    • Design Thinking experience.
