Responsibilities

  • New opportunities – work with segment & analytical teams in order to identify new commercial opportunities across CVM
  • You will be be responsible for running and interpreting analysis relating to commercial performance to deliver incremental value through cross-sell & up-sell on the VOXI portfolio. There is a requirement to understand customer lifetime value and the levers that influence it and build-out strategic changes in the operation to drive long term value.
  • Own and optimise up-sell marketing activity across customer segments
  • Commercial performance – Monitor and drive financial performance across Base Management

Location: London, Speechmark + Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
Duration: 12 Month FTC
