Responsibilities

  • Provide expertise and leadership to deliver medium and large transformations across the Risk and Security landscape for our clients
  • Being updated with Technology best practises and industry trends
  • Lead discovery sessions to help understand customer challenges and to propose solutions aligned with customer challenges
  • Advise / support the Technical Design Authority for ServiceNow Implementations
  • Work closely with the Leadership to refine strategy and to create mechanisms for effective execution of the strategy
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies like Artificial Intelligence and how it can be effectively leveraged in the area of Risk and Security
  • Partner with Sales team as required, to support and maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Strengthen Internal teams by provide programme leadership, guidance and direction when required
  • Utilise your expertise to deliver ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients

As a Risk & Security Delivery Lead, you will:

  • Work closely with the Leadership to refine strategy and to create mechanisms for effective execution of the strategy.
  • Provide expertise and leadership to deliver medium and large transformations across the Risk and Security landscape for our clients. This includes delivering value proposition sessions as well as programme management, delivery execution & oversights as required across Technology platforms such as ServiceNow and Archer.
  • Lead discovery sessions to help understand customer challenges and to propose solutions aligned with customer challenges.
  • Utilise your expertise to deliver ServiceNow implementations across multiple clients.
  • Partner with Sales team as required, to support and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Advise / support the Technical Design Authority for ServiceNow Implementations
  • Strengthen Internal teams by provide programme leadership, guidance and direction when required.

Qualifications

The following skills and experience are essential for this role:

  • Proven track record of delivering programmes and projects as a Programme Manager / Technical Lead across the enterprise solutions incl. Risk and Security landscape.
  • Solid experience in medium and large scale ServiceNow Implementations. Being updated with Technology best practises and industry trends.
  • Having a solution-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional value for our clients. Ability to form relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment as well as being a motivational force for the team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Certifications - desired / advantageous but not mandatory:

  • Programme & Project Management
  • ITIL
  • ServiceNow

  • Implementation experience across small, medium or large implementations across enterprise platforms
