Customer Design & Delivery is part of the Operations unit within Global. We operate as a network design community in different units across the globe. In the UK, we have 50+ designers working across Global strategic locations. Our global team design and deliver complex network solutions for different multinational corporations and Enterprise accounts.
In this role you will help Customer Design & Delivery team to achieve its vision “To be the World's best Customer Consultancy Solution & Integration team” We enable BT to do good business, by focussing on three key areas:
The Customer Solutions Design Practitioner delivers end-to-end technical designs, ensuring that business requirements are successful translated into deliverable solutions, which meet customer needs whilst considering the impact of those solutions on all technical and business areas.
