Responsibilities
- • Diary Management and scheduling meetings and appointments. • Preparing Minutes of the meeting and raising IT requests for technical issues faced by the staff and management. • Organizing social events and conferences including dinners and luncheons with Clients and Staff. • Typing, Compiling, and preparing Reports and Presentations. • Managing Database and Filing System. • Processing Travel and Entertainment Expense Claims. • Preparing and setting up the conference room for Presentations and Staff meetings. • Arranging Business trips that include booking air tickets, hotel, meet and greet, car pick-ups, and visas and liaising with the international management in coordinating the events and conferences to be attended by the Manager Internationally. • Assisting the HR Department in formatting Resumes as per the Company’s Templates and maintaining the Staff Leave Planner. • Coordinating in receiving and delivering business-related correspondence like confidential documents. • Collating with the HR and IT departments in setting up workstations for New Hires.
