Responsibilities

  • PROJECT MANAGEMENT SUPPORT (estimate 50% of time)
  • Responsible for maintenance of GSO work portfolio including all internal, business-as-usual (BAU) and supporting projects.
  • Assist Senior Operations Manager as required for overall project management initiatives in Security including attending and coordinating for monthly update team call.
  • Experience in Planview preferred for project management.
  • OPERATIONS (estimate 50% of time)
  • Communications / Marketing
  • Manage updates to internal and business-facing SharePoint sites.
  • Heavy e-filing of documents and organization of folders, sub-folders, etc. in internal SharePoint site.
  • Act as main point of contact for Marketing for all GSO branding, banners, brochures, Word templates and documents as needed.
  • Planning / Strategy
  • Maintain GSO work portfolio list for tracking and updates as projects / work enters the pipeline.
  • Strategy, risk score and project prioritization exercises for existing GSO work portfolio.
  • Assist Senior Operations Manager with creation and distribution of fiscal year Security roadmaps
  • Team Certifications & Training
  • Maintain tracking for all team members job-related certifications / affiliations.
  • Acquire and complete Security-based certifications and training courses as appropriate.
  • Administration / Special Meetings
  • Manage updates to Security Services and Cyber Platform catalogs.
  • Responsible for updates to organization charts and other miscellaneous presentations.
  • Extracting reports / ability to look up tickets in ServiceNow platform.
  • Ad hoc set-up of meetings as requested by GSO Leadership.
  • Heavy notetaking, meeting recordings and creation of meeting minutes.
  • Booking conference rooms, ordering meals, other ad hoc logistics as necessary.
  • Vendor Management / Budget
  • Support budgeting function and invoice administration.
  • Assist team members with inquiries related to Concur and / or expense reports.
  • Raise and process all POs for security vendors.
  • Contract management support utilizing OnSpring application.

Security Operations Analyst, Global Security Office

Location Tampa, Florida or London, UK offices

We are seeking an experienced Security Operations Analyst to join the Global Security Office (GSO) team based in our Tampa, FL or London, UK offices. This position will report directly to the Senior Operations Manager. The Security Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting day to day activities as outlined below to keep the operations, administration, and overhead processes in line with high-level GSO objectives.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree with direct experience as an IT or Security Operations Analyst, experience in a professional services firm preferred.
  • Knowledge of Security fundamentals.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaborative and interpersonal skills to foster respect and teamwork with internal and external partners.
  • Ability to organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously with close attention to detail and prioritization to meet deadlines.
  • High professional and ethical standards for handling confidential information.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Diligent with attention to detail.
