Responsibilities

  • Supporting our clients to achieve their strategic and operational goals, by introducing efficient ways of working and enhancing processes and refining operating models
  • Employing your judgment to address complex and ambiguous client business challenges applying rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques (business case); making decisions with little management oversight

As a Consultant within CFO and Enterprise Value, you will be:

Qualifications

We are looking for following skills and experience for Digital Finance Consultant:

  • Previous experience in a finance transformation, digital finance projects and/or designing or delivering large-scale transformation through ERP or GBS/shared service transitions (3+ years of experience in consulting and/or 5+ years of experience in industry)
  • Demonstrates familiarity with key finance technologies and data, including cloud ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Practical knowledge of the latest technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Analytics) and the application of these in a finance context
  • Process expertise in designing optimized and digitised Finance processes enabled by key platforms/technologies:
  • Order-to-Cash (O2C), including contract & order management, billing & collections, and deductions & dispute management, cash management and reconciliations etc.
  • Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), including contract and purchasing order management, receiving goods & services, invoice management, payment and travel & expenses etc.
  • Acquire-to-Retire (A2R), including project accounting, capitalization, fixed asset management, depreciation and other fixed asset transactions etc.
  • Record-to-Report (R2R), including master data management, general accounting, close management, consolidation, external reporting, intercompany accounting and chart of accounts design etc.
  • Conduct fit-gap analysis for Finance technology and business processes and develop a roadmap with recommendations based on the finance process requirements
  • Identify business requirements and conduct vendor assessment and selection

Set Yourself Apart:

  • Experience in design thinking/agile project delivery methods
  • Professional Finance or Accounting Qualification (e.g. ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with 1st time passes desirable and/or MBA is preferred
  • Highly credible with the ability to engage broadly with all levels of management, on personal and professional attributes
  • Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, the ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence
  • Extremely strong collaboration, planning, influencing, prioritisation and time management skills

  • Proven track record in driving business outcomes for large clients
  • Experience supporting the management of a sales pipeline and supporting the bid / proposal process
  • Flexibility to accommodate client travel requirements
