    What you'll do


    Drive offshoring potential to enhance operational efficiency. Central onshore point of contact for Vodafone Business opex, analysing trends and supporting strategic initiatives. Lead in completing MEC activities and coordinating budgeting/forecasting cycles
    - Maximising offshoring potential via upskilling the CoE offshore team, ensuring their success, and potentially opening further offshoring opportunities
    - Accountable for providing financial controls, analysis, and reporting for the complete Vodafone Business OPEX footprint to multiple stakeholders, also delivering insight on efficient drivers and benchmarking
    - Centralise and streamline month-end activities, including commentary preparation, to provide accurate and insightful financial analysis for senior management decision-making
    - Identify, scope, and develop standardised and automated processes, using digital solutions to streamline how the business works on these key processes.
    - Build strong information flows and working relationships with key stakeholder groups including FBPs, Finance leadership team, as well as with colleagues in VB PS (Technology).


    Who you are



    • ACA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA

    • Post qualified experience across a wide range of financial disciplines (business partnering, operational, commercial) working in a multi-functional and complex matrix environment

    • Engaging, intellectually curious, challenges existing thinking to initiate and embrace new ways of working.

    • Good knowledge of Group and local market processes and systems covering operational, commercial, and financial aspects

    • Extensive knowledge of key accounting principles/standards (IFRS) and how to apply them in a practical, commercial environment

    What's in it for you
