    JOB TITLE: Assistant Planning & 121 Marketing Manager – Digital Advice, Private Banking & Wealth

    SALARY: £45,954 to £51,060

    LOCATION(S): London

    HOURS: Full-time

    WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

    The Advice team within the Mass Affluent Squad is a centre of excellence for Engagement and Conversion Marketing. The team is responsible for planning and delivering the marketing activity to help meet the financial advice & planning needs of our customers; and creating relevant, timely and personalised communications and digital experiences.

    We're looking for an Assistant Planning & Marketing Manager with experience to develop strategies and execute a multi-channel marketing plan across our Advice portfolio. Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external agencies, business units and our partners Schroders Personal Wealth.

    The data you gather and analyse will be essential, helping in the development of strong test & learn strategies and performance analysis to constantly optimise performance.

    The Advice area is a key strategic growth area for the Group, as an Assistant Planning & Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in developing strategies and executing campaigns across the Advice portfolio:

    • Support the Planning Manager in the development of contact strategies and take to market plans.
    • Using analytical skills to monitor performance and draw actionable insight that will inform strategies and meet targets.
    • Support with managing the allocation of budget to support marketing plans to ensure the best possible return on investment.
    • Lead on the development and execution of multichannel campaigns.
    • Staying abreast of the latest brand thinking, brand communications and customer insight.

    What you'll need:

    • Proven marketing experience, preferably in a large-scale complex conversion area, leading the planning and execution of complex, multivariant campaigns.
    • Strong analytical skills to monitor performance and inform actionable insight.
    • Strong stakeholder management skills to build effective working relationships across business units
    • Ability to work through ambiguity, and show adaptability and critical thinking
    • An eye for detail and accuracy when developing creative and marketing plans.
    • Able to work at pace and under pressure.

    Having a Financial Services background is not essential, however having a sound understanding and/or interest in Advice and Financial Planning is desirable.
