  • Analyses and document business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.
  • Including excellent use of TAS- OQOOD- SMART HUB systems for approving escrow payments.
  • Draft/ approve & issue property condition assessment reports (PCAR).
  • Draft, approve & issue contractor technical capability reports (TCR).
  • Draft, approve & Issue project progress report (PPR).
  • Draft, approve& Issue Project analysis report (PAR).
  • Ensure a high standard of report output.
  • Draft, approve & issue FTA Reports.
  • Monitor exposure to risk and compliance of respective development advisory department.
  • In house training will be given.

Role Purpose:

Assist Development Advisory to do (review escrow payment documents, contracts, conduct site visit inspection and verify/ Approve the escrow payments/ Verify & approve progress payment for ADIB finance /SZHP/DOF/review FTA cases (applications), prepare, Review & approve

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

•University Degree – Engineering field.

• Good communication skills / Good engineering knowledge.
