Deloitte's legal practice in the UK is part of the global Deloitte Legal network, which has over 2,500 lawyers in more than 85 jurisdictions. This makes Deloitte Legal one of the largest legal businesses in the world with a global footprint that exceeds that of any traditional global law firm.

The IP legal team is at the heart of Deloitte's strategy and advises clients on all aspects of IP law. The team joined Deloitte as part of the acquisition of Kemp Little LLP in February 2021, and is already attracting exciting new clients and work.

We also prioritise and invest in technology and innovation, to deliver high-quality advice as effectively and efficiently as possible, for both our clients and Deloitte people. This includes “Dupe Killer”, a machine learning tool that detects and categorises design and other IP infringements, which helps several retail and luxury brand owners to preserve the value and prestige of their brands and products.

We encourage consideration of flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you, please do discuss with us.
