Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing software and hardware solutions to ensure compatibility with the agency's recruitment needs.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend upgrades or new technologies as needed.

- Ensure compatibility and efficient data flow between different platforms and applications.

- Provide technical support and guidance during the implementation of system changes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, configurations, and changes.
- Ensure that documentation is accessible and understandable for relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute testing plans.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure the reliability and performance of system changes.
- Assess and address security concerns related to the agency's information systems.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to implement measures that safeguard sensitive data.
