JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
SALARY: £41,292-£50,468
LOCATION(S): Watford, Flexible
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per on clients sites, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
The Business Development Manager will maximize new business opportunities across their allocated area and also work closely with the Marketing, Telemarketing, Strategic Partner Manager and Sales Support departments to establish and implement marketing strategies to increase penetration into prospects and new sign up companies. Working strategically with the Account Development Team and Strategic Partner Manager to increase both new business and customer engagement.

What you'll need
You will be responsible for generating new business relationships and negotiating new revenue for Tusker to agreed targets
You will be responsible for checking all sales contracts prior to signature to ensure company policies are upheld
You will be expected to lead sales opportunities and coordinate implementation teams
You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed Tusker sales process, ensuring that all systems are accurately updated and that the required documentation is completed by you for all new business opportunities
You will develop and maintain effective prospective client and existing partner/introducer relationships
You will be responsible for ensuring that you maintain an excellent level of technical knowledge regarding all areas of the Tusker offering as well as working with the marketing teams to identify opportunities
And any experience of these would be really useful
An ability to represent the company at the highest level to clients and partners/introducers.
A positive and determined approach to researching and analysing new business opportunities with the ability to manage prospective client expectations and keep promises
Capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions, with Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
An excellent knowledge in the UK automotive and leasing industry is required
Knowledge of current UK Tax and NI rules and legislation and HR legislation and Salary Sacrifice desirable
