Responsibilities

  • Assisting with planning, scheduling, and controlling project activities to fulfil objectives. Monitoring and tracking the progress of projects, providing status updates as required. Managing and tracking project budget where required. Delivering accurate, concise, and high-quality project documentation in line with business requirements. Assisting with managing and reporting on project risks. Establishing effective engagement and communication with key stakeholders. Providing support and advice to the Recruitment Director on future planning and priorities. Identifying risks and opportunities within day to day operations. Assisting in the management of product campaigns, promotions, store rollouts, budgeting cycles and other ad hoc projects.

Skills used at work

  • Bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, project management or any relevant field. · High computer literacy and use of Microsoft Suite. · Ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet tight deadlines. · Excellent communication skills with confidence to ask questions and build relationships with key stakeholders · Desire to gain knowledge and skills and develop through gaining professional experience. · Flexible approach and ability to recognise and adapt to changing business requirements. · Ability to think proactively to prevent risks and resolve issues. · Accuracy and attention to detail. DESIRABLE · Proven Experience within a Project Management role. · Proven Experience using Project Management Tools like Asana, Trello and Monday.com .
