Inventory Oversight: • Manage the inventory of nail care products, tools, and salon supplies. • Order and replenish supplies as necessary, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. Financial Oversight: • Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate record-keeping. • Develop and oversee the salon budget, striving to meet financial targets. Sanitation and Compliance: • Ensure the salon complies with health and safety regulations. • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for equipment and workstations. Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. • Foster customer retention and attract new clients to the salon. Salon Maintenance: • Supervise the maintenance and repair of salon facilities and equipment. • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.
