Customer Care: • Welcome and assist clients to foster a positive and inviting ambiance. • Address client concerns promptly, resolving issues or complaints effectively. • Promote and enhance customer experiences by upselling salon services to boost revenue. Inventory Control: • Manage inventory of nail care products, tools, and salon supplies. • Order and restock supplies efficiently, optimizing costs and minimizing waste. Financial Administration: • Monitor daily sales, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate record-keeping. • Prepare and oversee the salon's budget, striving to meet financial targets. Sanitation and Compliance: • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon. • Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards for equipment and workstations. Marketing and Promotion: • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities. • Foster customer retention and attract new clients to the salon. Salon Maintenance: • Supervise the maintenance and repair of salon facilities and equipment. • Coordinate with contractors and service providers as needed.

• Preferred: NVQ Level 5 Beauty Therapy or equivalent. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent customer service and communication abilities. • Knowledge of nail care techniques, products, and trends. • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Basic understanding of financial management and budgeting. • Proficient computer skills for scheduling and inventory management. • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the beauty industry. • Advantageous: Proficiency in Vietnamese.
